Honeybird Ski Bunny: Our take on the dessert-Inspired Mont Blanc taking over social media and cafes
The Mont Blanc coffee drink is everywhere - and for good reason.
Now it's time to introduce Ski Bunny—Honeybird Coffee's take on the viral sensation. A drink that feels as indulgent as a winter escape. Chilled V60 coffee is crowned with orange-vanilla cream and finished with citrus zest and spice for a sip that’s elegant, playful, and undeniably refined. Made for après-ski-energy all year round.
Recipe: Ski Bunny (makes 2)
Prep Coffee Base: Single Origin Specialty Coffee: V60 16g recipe made and then chilled. Orange Cream foam: Add,100ml heavy whipping cream, 15ml (to taste) Honeybird Vanilla Syrup, a squeeze of fresh orange juice, a sprinkle of orange zest into jug and whisk with a mini electric whisk until thick.
Then layer on top of the coffee base between 2 glasses.
Finish with freshly grated
orange zest and a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
Serve in a fancy glass.
